- Dennis B. Kittle graduated from West Virginia University College of Law in 2012.
- Dennis continued his legal education at W.V.U. College of Law earing a LL.M. in Forensic Justice in 2018.
- Since 2012, Dennis has been dedicated to protecting the citizens of West Virginia. From 2012 to 2015, Dennis was lead counsel at the Kittle Law Office, PLLC. where he practiced civil litigation and criminal defense.
- In late 2015, Dennis was sworn in as the Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Marion County, W.V. As the Assistant Prosecutor, Dennis participated in numerous trials and worked on hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases.
- Dennis joined Polverini and Norman, PLLC and was made partner in 2023.
- Beginning in Fall 2024, Dennis was appointed as Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Randolph and Barbour County, W.V.
- In addition to his service to the State, Dennis returned as lead counsel for Kittle Law Office, PLLC with areas of focus in personal injury, civil litigation, property law, and wills, trusts, and estates.
